With over 23 years in the US public sector space, Ashish brings forth a detailed understanding and extensive experience of state agency systems. Following his work with HP-EDS-Saber in various leadership positions, Ashish founded INEXL in 2015 with the sole focus on Delivery Execution and doing projects right for clients. 

He brings a very hands-on approach to engagements and reinforces collaboration and a team approach to delivery. Ashish has an advanced understanding of custom application development and has multiple success stories of planning projects on paper and bringing teams and resources together to deliver them successfully. He has worked for 17+ US states on critical projects implementing and supporting their applications. Ashish has managed large DevOps practices with Matrixed team structures. 

A problem solver and analyst at heart, Ashish engages as the Business Solution Lead at INEXL, working with current and new clients to find solutions that improve their business.

All starting with hand-me-down computers from his uncle, Kevin harnessed his passion for learning technology to become an accomplished software developer and systems architect. With 10+ years of experience in developing government software solutions, Kevin's approach is to always do right by the customer - providing software solutions that work for them and empower them to provide meaningful services to the public.

Kevin's experience includes virtualizing customer networks/servers, architecting and developing system interfaces, designing application and products for existing application and new product concepts. He has delivered multiple successful applications for security camera systems, retail websites and software, legislative and voter registration software and public portals for 6 states in the country.

Kevin diligently works to find technical solutions for the challenges faced by INEXL's customers and leads the technical practice in that endeavor.

Jay Varner brings over 30 years' experience in US Voter Registration and Election management systems development, implementation and support. Jay's passion is data and everything that goes with it, thereby enabling the success of the applications that ride on them. Jay has contributed his skills to multiple organizations in helping them succeed with their implementations having delivered over 900 county data conversions across many states.  

Jay currently Leads and ETL and Data Practice at INEXL to rekindle the success he and Ashish delivered together in prior associations. 

Jay is actively engaged in new data offerings and designing solutions to improve data management for our existing clients in addition to actively supporting our customers' ETL needs.
